GPL is closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 in Indiana.
Here’s what you need to Know:
- We have elevated our normal cleaning procedures and thoroughly disinfect shared surfaces and high traffic areas (such as doors, counters, and computers) daily.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at all desks. However, we urge the public to remember that hand washing (with soap and water for at least 20 seconds) is the single most effective thing you can do to prevent the spread of the virus.
- GPL has no plans to close or alter hours or services at this time. If this changes, patrons will be notified via social media, and our website.
- And finally, please stay home if you are sick. The library is a shared public space, and it will take your cooperation to keep it safe for both staff and other library users.
